The ASI Level 1 and Level and the Diploma are available for all Cyprus based sommeliers who want to challenge their knowledge and service style. Open to the members of the Cyprus Sommeliers community who achieve a high standard of service together with a deep knowledge of world food and wine, the ASI Exams are certifying the competencies of professional sommeliers achieving an internationally recognized standard of service.

Open to all established sommeliers in Cyprus the exams are a full day, comprising of a theory exam and on Level 2 and Diploma also practical test. You will be able to register once futures days are announced and you can sign up below.
